These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ca555 ("ca555", "Platform", "We", "Us"). 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and KYC
To access betting, gaming, and financial services on ca555, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your ca555 account.
- Each player may hold only one account on ca555. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ca555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals, bonuses, or bet settlements relating to those accounts.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- ca555 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a significant change is made to account details, or when required by ca555's internal risk management procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, together with proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your device. ca555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
- You must notify ca555 immediately via the support channel if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your login credentials have been compromised. ca555 will take reasonable steps to secure the account once notified, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
📋 KYC Verification Note
Withdrawal requests on accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending document review. ca555 will process verified withdrawals in accordance with its standard processing times. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a formal request from ca555 may be suspended until verification is completed.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
ca555 processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading local payment networks. The following provisions govern all financial transactions on the platform.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount on ca555 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by ca555, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may impose its own transaction limits which will apply.
- ca555 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Any fees levied by your payment provider are outside ca555's control and will be charged in accordance with that provider's own fee schedule.
- Funds deposited into your ca555 wallet must only originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
- ca555 reserves the right to delay or decline a deposit where the transaction triggers an internal security or fraud review. Players will be notified where a deposit cannot be processed and advised of any steps required to resolve the matter.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount on ca555 is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. ca555 does not impose a standard maximum withdrawal limit, though individual requests above a high threshold may be subject to an enhanced review period.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. ca555 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, and the name on the withdrawal destination must match the name on the ca555 account.
- Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are 10 to 20 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. ca555 processes withdrawal requests around the clock, including weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed where an account has outstanding active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement. Players must complete the rollover on any active bonus before a withdrawal request relating to bonus-derived funds will be approved.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
ca555 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus will be stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on ca555 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately within the ca555 wallet. Real money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal rules; bonus funds are subject to rollover completion.
- Welcome bonuses and new player offers are available to newly registered accounts only. Each player is entitled to the welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts, use of different payment methods, or any other method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
- ca555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by a player at the time of the change.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotional offer will be credited to the player's account within the timeframe stated in the offer. Free spins expire if not used within the validity period specified. Winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that offer.
- ca555 may at its absolute discretion decline to award a bonus, or reclaim a bonus already credited, where it determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically exploiting low-risk game patterns to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or where a player's gaming pattern indicates that a bonus was claimed in bad faith.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ca555, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games. Game-specific rules are governed by the rules of the individual game provider and are displayed within each game.
- All bets are final once confirmed. ca555 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a manifest error in odds or game configuration has occurred, in which case ca555 reserves the right to void affected bets.
- ca555 sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for international cricket, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, ca555 will await a formal ruling from the governing body before settling affected markets.
- In the event of a technical fault, software error, or connectivity interruption that affects a bet or game round, ca555 will apply the following resolution: where the outcome can be determined from available server-side logs, the bet will be settled accordingly; where the outcome cannot be determined, the bet stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
- ca555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game, and to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session, at its sole discretion. Players will be notified of applicable stake and payout limits within the platform interface.
- Live betting markets on ca555 may be suspended or removed at any time before or during an event, including due to injury updates, weather interruptions, or changes in the match situation that require odds recalculation. Bets already placed on suspended markets prior to suspension will stand and be settled upon conclusion of the relevant event.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca555 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Collusion: communicating with other players during a game or betting event to share information, coordinate betting patterns, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Fraud and money laundering: depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming, using the ca555 wallet as a transaction processing mechanism, or attempting to use gambling activity to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activities.
- Use of automated tools: using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to place bets, interact with games, or perform account management actions on ca555.
- Exploitation of errors: knowingly exploiting a software error, pricing error, game malfunction, or any other technical fault on the ca555 platform to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions.
- Underage access: registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet while under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access or use the ca555 platform.
- Chargebacks and disputed transactions: initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your payment provider in relation to a deposit made to ca555, except in cases of genuinely unauthorised use of your payment method reported to ca555 in accordance with these Terms.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
ca555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account in the circumstances described below. Account closure does not automatically entitle a player to a refund of their balance — the treatment of funds on closure will depend on the reason for closure.
- ca555 may suspend an account pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or unusual account behaviour. During a suspension, the player will not be able to place bets, make withdrawals, or access bonus funds. ca555 aims to complete such investigations within 10 business days.
- Where a breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation, ca555 may permanently close the account, void all pending and unsettled bets, forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from those funds, and retain any deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the loss suffered by ca555 as a result of the breach.
- Players may voluntarily close their ca555 account at any time by contacting the support team. Where the closure is voluntary and the account is in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
- ca555 reserves the right to terminate these Terms and close all player accounts at any time by providing reasonable notice to players, including in circumstances where ca555 discontinues operation of the platform. In such circumstances, all verified balances will be returned to players in accordance with their registered payment method.
8. Responsible Gaming
ca555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following provisions reflect ca555's responsible gaming obligations to its players.
- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ca555 account at any time by contacting support. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect, to give players time to reconsider.
- Players may request a temporary cooling-off period or a longer-term self-exclusion by contacting the ca555 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will result in the account being locked for the duration requested. During self-exclusion, the player will not receive any promotional communications from ca555.
- ca555 does not extend credit to players. The platform does not permit players to bet with funds they do not have. All bets must be placed using funds already credited to the player's ca555 wallet. ca555 does not offer any form of loan, advance, or deferred payment arrangement to players.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ca555 limits its liability to players as set out in the following provisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ca555's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- ca555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if ca555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- ca555's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- ca555 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ca555 will endeavour to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
- ca555 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to read and understand these Terms, the rules of any game, the terms of any bonus offer, or any other information published on the platform. 11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Amendments to These Terms
ca555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ca555 platform, you agree to first contact ca555's support team to seek an informal resolution. ca555 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
